By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Brevard Plumbing, a service operated by Hively Automation LLC.
What Brevard Plumbing is — and is not
Brevard Plumbing is a free booking and referral service. We are not a plumbing contractor, we do not employ plumbers, and we do not perform, supervise or warrant plumbing work. When you book through this site we pass your request to an independent plumbing contractor licensed by the State of Florida, and that contractor — not us — performs the work under their own license and insurance. The contractor’s license number is provided to you before work begins.
Your contract is with the contractor
Any agreement for plumbing work, its scope, its price, its schedule and its warranty is directly between you and the licensed contractor. We are not a party to it. Pricing, estimates and workmanship questions belong to the contractor; we will always help you reach them.
Nothing on this site is a price
Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Every job is different. A real price comes only from the licensed contractor after they have seen the actual job, and it is only binding once you and the contractor have agreed to it in writing.
Booking a visit
Submitting a request books a callback, not the work. The assigned contractor will confirm scheduling with you directly. Submitting a request does not create a contract for any work.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. If you have a flood you cannot stop, shut off your water at the main valve; if you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first. Response times depend on the assigned contractor’s availability and are not guaranteed.
Photos you send us
You keep ownership of photos you send. By sending them you give us and the assigned contractor permission to use them to assess and carry out your job. We will not publish them without asking you first. Only send photos you have the right to share.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Brevard Plumbing or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
No warranty on the site itself
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current. This does not affect any warranty the contractor gives you in writing for work performed.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brevard Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for the acts or omissions of any independent contractor. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
